Spoonful OS (“Bafada LLC”, “we,” “us”) is a platform that allows users to track and monitor medication for children (“App”). Spoonful OS respects the privacy individuals and is committed to protecting the information of individuals or entities that register to use the Spoonful OS’s products and services through the Website or App (“Customers”, “You”, “Your”, “Users”). This privacy policy describes Spoonful OS’s practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing information in relation to visitors of the website, Spoonful OS.app (“Website”), the Spoonful OS app, Spoonful OS’s marketing activities, and Customers accessing and using the products and services (“Services”) available on the Website and/or app (collectively, “Product”).

However, You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and other information used by You to access the Website or use the Product. While Spoonful OS does its best to protect Your personal data, Spoonful OS cannot guarantee the security of Your personal information transmitted to our Website because the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Any transmission of Your personal information is done at Your own risk, and Spoonful OS cannot guarantee such personal, technical, or managerial safeguards. How long we keep Your User Content:

  • Following termination or deactivation of Your account, Spoonful OS, its Affiliates, or its Service Providers may retain information (including Your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup,archival, and/or audit purposes.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Spoonful OS does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13.In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
